Reservation terms and conditions
Here are the main booking conditions. A complete document will be sent to you by e-mail with your booking request. This document serves as a contract and you accept its terms by paying the deposit.
In order to reserve, a deposit is required.
Attention : the deposit must be paid within 3 days of the booking request. After this time and without any further information from you, the booking willl be automatically cancelled.
A deposit is also required: cheque for 20 000xpf (167 euros). This deposit will not be cashed unless a problem is found after your stay.
The balance must be paid before your arrival at the bungalow.
You also have the option of paying the whole amount at once.
In the event of last-minute cancellation, the deposit will be retained.
The bungalow is cleaned and checked before and after each rental (checking oars, kayaks, electrical appliances, lights, crockery, linen etc), so don’t worry about your deposit.
If we discover a problem before your arrival, we will inform you.
For your part, if you notice any problems on arrival, please inform me immediately to avoid any misunderstandings later.
The deposit will be retained if we note loss or breakage of equipment, or if the bungalow is left in an untidy or dirty condition (3-hour service included in rental price; any excess: 1500xpf/hour at your expense).
Arrival at the bungalow at 2pm, departure at 11am.
You will arrive on your own: a key box is located at the entrance to the residence. Full details will be e-mailed to you once your reservation has been finalized.
